Biscottificio Belli
Biscottificio Belli was founded by Enzo Belli in 1958. The specialties produced belong to the Tuscan bakery tradition: Cantuccini cookies made with almonds, as well as leavened cakes made with sourdough. Biscottificio Belli's Cantuccini are also certified as PGI almond Cantuccini Toscani.
Caseificio Germani
Since 2002, Germani has handcrafted goat-milk cheese as well as cow-milk cheese belonging to Lombardy’s tradition. These are produced fresh every day on the premises. Germani’s cheese is well known abroad for its unmistakable character of Italian flavours and quality standards of the company.
Caseificio Sociale Manciano
Caseificio Sociale Manciano was established in 1961 thanks to few local farmers, whereas today gathers more than 250 sheep-milk and cow-milk producers, whose farms are located in Grosseto and Viterbo provinces. Caseificio Sociale Manciano’s main product is fresh and mature PDO Tuscan Pecorino.
Caseificio Tomasoni
Caseificio Tomasoni was founded in 1955 in the province of Treviso (Veneto) by Primo Tomasoni. The cheeses are produced be skilful dairyman using nothing but milk from the Veneto region, bringing to the table the authentic, wholesome flavor of their land, mingled with all the love and passion of the founder Primo Tomasoni.
Collegio Toscano Olivicoltori OL.MA.
Ol.Ma. was established in Maremma (Tuscany) in the early 70s as a cooperative of Tuscan Olive Growers. Nowadays Ol.Ma. gathers over 1,200 olive growing members and can fully satisfy the increasing needs of national and foreign markets.
Eugenio Brezzi Tartufi
For the last 60 years Eugenio Brezzi Tartufi company has specialized in the processing of truffles. Brezzi’s methods of processing are by tradition simple and genuine, excluding the use of any kind of artificial colourings, anti fermenting agents or artificial flavouring.
Inpa
Inpa is a family-run company located in Vinci (Florence), whose great production of vegetables in oil and pickles, even with private label, allowed it to become a close partner of some major distribution chains in Italy and abroad.
Macoritto Valentino
Macoritto Valentino bakery was founded in 1961 and since then has been producing savory snacks following an artisanal method, making use of modern equipment and technologies though. The experienced bakers of the company select the best flours, respecting both rest times and the recipes of the tradition.

Poli Sapori
Poli Sapori, a historic company from San Miniato (Pisa), has been active in the meat sector since the 1940s, founded by Natale Poli with the "Macelleria Poli di San Miniato." Over the years, the company has grown thanks to the family's dedication, introducing innovations that led to the opening of a new production facility in Cerreto Guidi (FI), while maintaining strong Tuscan roots.
Sardaformaggi
Sardaformaggi was established in 1963, and today is a modern company with cutting-edge technologies and its production is mainly focused on Pecorino Sardo PDO and Pecorino Romano PDO. The manufacturing plant is located in Buddasò (Sardinia), whereas the plant dedicated to sales and packaging is located in Incisa Valdarno (Tuscany).
