Poli Sapori
Poli Sapori, a historic company from San Miniato (Pisa), has been active in the meat sector since the 1940s, founded by Natale Poli with the “Macelleria Poli di San Miniato.” Over the years, the company has grown thanks to the family’s dedication, introducing innovations that led to the opening of a new production facility in Cerreto Guidi (FI), while maintaining strong Tuscan roots.
Poli Sapori’s philosophy is based on respecting guidelines and traditional recipes. Among its flagship products are Finocchiona I.G.P. and Cinta Senese D.O.P., made with carefully selected ingredients and attention to every stage of production, to deliver authentic flavors that tell the story of Tuscan tradition.
