At Podere Val d’Orcia, located among the UNESCO heritage hills of the Val d’Orcia and close to historic cities such as Siena, Montepulciano and Pienza, sustainability is more than a simple buzzword, it’s a lifestyle. The estate extends over 80 hectares and benefits from 3 farmhouses with luxury rooms and suites, a riding school with a stable, a restaurant that offers traditional Tuscan dishes using products directly from their Organic farm and much more. Podere Val d’Orcia focuses on the uniqueness and superior quality of its products: this is the case of extra virgin olive oil PGI, produced in limited quantities (despite the 10000 olive trees) to guarantee polyphenols richness, or of the einkorn flour and pasta, created using only small stone-milled grains, with a low gluten content.
