Molino Pordenone has been milling in Italy since 1923 and distributes wheat flour all over EU market, for customers in the food industry and for bakery, pastry and pizza professionals, grinding 70.000 tons of wheat per year. Molino Pordenone has always specialized in formulating flours for professional bakers, with a range of technical products made to specific requirements in terms of characteristics of the finished product and efficiency of the production process. Thanks to the know-how in selecting and processing the best grains, built over a century of history, their flours guarantee unvaried quality and performance. Hygiene and microbiological safety are the primary objectives of the constant controls carried out by 2 in-house laboratories working in parallel with selected accredited external laboratories.
