Fattoria Bini

Fattoria Bini is a winery and winemaker in the Florentine Chianti area, which produces wine and extra virgin olive oil with grapes and olives entirely yielded in the family’s property. Mariano Bini founded Fattoria Bini more than 200 years ago. Nowadays, Mariano’s heirs, Elena and Francesca Bini Moriani, bring forward his traditional values and standards and, together with a meticulous renovation work of the farm, offer their customers a full range of products created by a modern company that is projected towards the future. Today Fattoria Bini has a modern organized business structure. Its extension reaches about 400ha, mainly specialized in grapevines with an average age of a decade. Thanks to the use of the most modern techniques of cultivation and care of all wine stages, the farm has a production particularly constant concerning its products’ quality.
