Certified Origins Italia is a cooperative of Italian olive growers who joined together in the 1950s. Their mission is to preserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the cultivation of olives in small-family run farms in rural Italy. Today Certified Origins Italia is taking traceability to a whole new level, by leveraging blockchain technology to provide deeper insight into their food supply chain.
