Biscottificio Belli was founded by Enzo Belli in 1958, who exploits the bakery knowledge he got from his grandfather Aristide, in order to start his own artisanal business. The specialties produced are the ones that belong to the Tuscan bakery tradition: Cantuccini cookies made with almonds and leavened cakes made using sourdough. Biscottificio Belli has always been preparing Cantuccini following few essential rules: genuine and selective raw materials, authentic recipe, care for the whole production process.
